4. Delivery Terms
- Subscriptions are activated instantly upon successful payment.
- Access is provided digitally through the User’s account on dynexplorer.com.
- No physical product delivery is involved.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with digital service regulations, the User acknowledges that once subscription access has begun, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable. If the subscription has not yet been activated, the User may request cancellation.

11. Final Provisions
By completing a subscription, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement. This Agreement is binding and enforceable upon confirmation of the subscription.
